The offender is still parking in loading bays all week and illegal parking on pavement with trailer all day 7 days a week iy needs stopping and no tax on vehicle as well check with dvla and show no tax should not be on public roads

No traffic wardens all week free for all as no iusse tickets as council not interested any more so why pay for permit
