Abandoned skip full of rubbish

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7921021.

Skip that was being used for building construction at the end of mackenzie road that was abandoned 4 weeks ago and is now being used for disposing for rubish at the nearby shops, flats and pedestrians walking past
