Overgrown footpaths

The workman have been working ob this alley and footpath ,BUT it is still not done to a good standard ,people's fencing being propped up in alley and lots of prickly plants and weeds etc growing over pavements .Also the alley was agreed to be open in school holidays ,please get it opened again especially now the college has gone as that was the reason for shutting it .thankyou.
