Green and surrounding grass

We've only had 2 grass cuts since March. The weeds and thistles are out of control. We pay more than enough council tax which include the service of keeping our greens maintained but as usual we're forgotten about just like we were forgotten about with the purple bins!! Not acceptable, please sort this out to an acceptable standard and dont just use a strimmer like last time it was cut otherwise I & the other residents will be taking this further. This has been reported a number of times and still hasn't been rectified. The big pot hole at the bottom of foxdells has also appeared again.
