Pot holes and overgrown trees

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7917701.
Huge pot holes on left going down tower road. Been reported many times, operative has painted lines around them twice, still not fixed lines / paint worn off. Also opposite to the right trees have overgrown into the road. This is now a single track part of road, trees scratching peoples cars just have to give way to oncoming cars which some people don't.
