Waterway being held back by debris

Works were carried out earlier this year to assist water flow in waterway as silted up and overgrown and to prevent flooding but the water is still being held back by debris opposite entrance to Whitfield.

  • I don't know who the land owners are for this issue. Please advise next steps as water is being held back by debris which is only to get worse as time goes on, which could cause flooding at a later date.
