There is a fence and planting which affects visibility when turning left onto Grange Way .It is on a bend and traffic travels fast and is an accident waiting to happen. I refer to Andrew Kelly's (highways)visibility splay survey 9/5/22The visibility splay has been compromised at a point which is half the length of the property. It has been accepted by CE that visibility is important as the mowing schedule on the estate includes a 2m wide strip on land that is not owned by CE. This is the situation at the land adjacent to 2 Pickmere Close.
