The gulley is totally blocked with building materials and will not allow water to drain.

I previously reported this issue in April 2025 ref 7415822. On Friday 18th July you closed the issue as fixed, but it has not been repaired. See photo taken on Friday 18th July. I also reported this issue in 2023. It has never been fixed.
