Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7915066.

Officially a 20mph road, speeds in excess of 60mph are being witnessed regularly. Average speed is probably 40mph+ . Its a rat-run to try to beat traffic on the "by-pass" and to mid-wales etc. Residents are complaining but to deaf ears. 100,s of thousands spent on unnecessary speed control measures on Swansea Rd and this, a deserving case is ignored. Eventually those "fatalities" that the authorities require to happen WILL happen. Too late then.
