Plastic illuminated Bollards damaged by hooligans.

Two Plastic Illuminated Bollards have been kicked from their base units and thrown to the side of the road by hooligans. These bollards mark a pedestrian crossing at the junction of the Wembrook Way footpath and Marston Lane. Discovered earlier today.
