Bus stop closed, no signs on shelter

There are road works at the end of Thame High Street yet there are no information signs on the former COOP bus stop to inform the passengers, only a sign in the road. It's unclear if the Z&S buses 110,113 and 116 are stopping at the bus shelter or at Thame Town Hall. One man told me his wife is disabled and had to make her way to the Thatched Pub to catch a bus as there are no signs and everything is by word of mouth. The screen at the bus stop is showing normal I formation no updates have been made again the is no information concerning the villages buses the 110,113 and 116.
