While short, temporary delivery & pickup outside their premises is clearly permissible, parking their vans at will at the start of the pedestrian bridge over the Clyde Tunnel clearly isn’t. JEM have been using that latter area as a private parking spot, on and off, since… 2009 - as shown. Please put an end to it, thanks.
