As per case 6533608, there is ongoing flooding of the carriageway & pavement, both sides, outside the above houses. The status of this case is “open pending action”. I’m only raising this new case as I’m unable to update the existing one with the below…. During wc 16/6 work was undertake on the Carriageway, by the Council, I believe it was related to the removal of tree roots from the drains. The tree in question is directly opposite the above houses. Sadly this work has not resolved the flooding issue, as to the best of my knowledge the collapsed drain was not replaced. Can you please confirm that remedial work is still planned, & advise what is to be done when? Thank you
