Large divot in pavement - Trip hazard

Works were carried out on the pavement here a month or so ago. Repairs were done poorly and the pavement is sinking where this was carried out causing a large trip hazard.

Markings were put around the damaged pavement a few days after the initial report in July, however no repair has happened to date.
