The road at footpath are flooded and under water again. This was allegedly fixed as I received several emails that it was fixed. Clearly it hasn't been. I am now unable to leave my home as you can't see where the pavement joins the road making it a fall risk for me. I cannot get the car off the drive as the water would cone over the exhaust pipe and effect the engine. Please can this get repaired once and for all.
