Garden waste and asbestos blocking lane and rear access to properties

Garden waste including large tree branches over 10 foot long and asbestos sheeting has been left, blocking access to garages and lane to access rear of properties. The lane comes off Longmead Ave and runs behind properties on Kellaway Avenue.

The fly-tipped asbestos sheets are still in the lane. This has been marked as “action scheduled” for 8 months. I would appreciate an update. If it’s not going to be cleared some advice on how I should dispose of it would be helpful.
