Curretly made safe with cones, original job raised as edge deterioration however Broadbox Chamber is collapsing so possibly a rebuild of drain, Broadbox cover is intact and stable. Can you please pass on to the relevant AHR to arrange further inspection then possible rebuild. Possibly SOR job.
