Council land and trees casing severe damage

Along the footpath to the rear or Amber Drive there is land owned by the council which has been neglected for years and has caused major subsidence to some of the properties rear gardens. This had been highlighted many times to the parish council who have denied responsibility for the maintenance of the land, however we have several witnesses see them cut grass in the area. The subsidence is quite severe and some of us residents are considering legal action.
