Confusing No Entry sign (new)

At the junction of Pirton Road and Cheltenham Road East. As you approach the traffic lights on Pirton Road from Churchdown you see a new No Entry sign on the right hand side. It is not clear whether this means you can’t turn right onto Cheltenham Road East or is only for the new slip road that seems to have been installed (assuming this is what it is???). I think you may need to make it clear which road this applies to!
