Poor quality footpath

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7906280.

This is a well use signposted footpath- yet it's over grown, not maintained, floods, and yet its used constantly by dog walkers & school children. It has a tiny amount of gravel on it - but desperately needs digging out and tarmacking ASAP.
