Gutter pipes link to drainage on public footpath gets blocked

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 19:12, Sun 20 July 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 2 days, 16 hours, 38 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7906195.

Address 22 Agnes Road, NN2 6EU

As pictured my house gutter pipes are linked to drainage on public road. However I do not own the public footpath. I would like Northampton Borough council to redesign or remove and seal this drainage without the need for constant maintenance to remove dirt. I cannot do the work myself to change this as I don't own the public footpath. This blockage constantly floods my cellar.
