Rural streets in Runnymede and Seelthorne need a litter pick

This is a general comment, but there is lots of litter on semi-rural roads around Egham, Staines and Thorpe. I assume there is a litter picking programme. It looks very unsightly and there are other signs of anti-social behaviour around bridges where there is graffiti. Litter is very bad for wildlife as well.
