Rain water backfilling

After down pours regardless of size, we always have rainwater backfilling into our drive, also the man hole cover over the road fills up and water comes out of there so there is a problem further down the line that needs addressing this has gone on for over 5 years and I have rang multiple times to out of hours I would like this sorting please

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 14 days.
