Overgrown pavements and gutters

Waste-high nettles and passing nursery & primary schoolchildren are not, I would suggest, a clever or safe mix.

When is someone going to tackle all this overgrowth which, of course, not traps litter? Overgrowth caused by:

A) A814 grass verge not having been maintained for 2.5 years (until very recently when it was cut but the railing overgrowth left) b) Derelict Burgh Hall yearly overgrowth not tackled this year c) A841 'deep clean' involved hoeing weeds from gutters and central reservation.... then sending them airborne with a leaf blower (duh).

This is not clever management.
