Hedge is now sufficiently overgrown as to make passage along the footpath at this point difficult. The hedge is thorny and is overgrown at the point where the sign to the development is sited. Further, there is an Estate Agent's sign which also impedes pedestrians to the extent that they are obliged to either risk scratches from the hedge, stepping in dog mess in the grassed area or walk in the road! Asking CEC to either reduce the size of the hedge at this point or liaise with the landowner on whose land the hedge is growing to achieve the same result. Many thanks
