Council workers refuse to remove fly tipped waste

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7903699.

The council have cleared around this area but the workers refused to move building waste and couches, this has already been inspected and reported for removal but the workers sent to do it refused. We are being forced to live with this waste that we did not create.

Council have not collected,more rubbish has since been added and only response from council is to request we don't post issues on this public system.
