Hedge spilling out from Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital, blocking the pedestrian part of the pavement and part of the cycle lane- a danger to pedestrians and cyclists, forcing pedestrians into cycle/ the road on N side of Old Rd just west of the junction with Windmill Rd.. Also here's a lose inspection cover on the pavement- a trip hazard/
