About 25% of the tree's boughs, of a false acacia overhanging the public highway, are dead! The tree is mature, tall and has much deadwood at high level. Given a child's death last month in Southend from a falling bough I report this as a serious risk. The tree itself though is within the curtilage of St.Giles Church
