Tradesman has filled drain with concrete

This drain, which was recently repaired and reset has this week been filled with cement by a foolish tradesman working in the street. This cement has set in the drain and the drain is now full of rainwater and not doing its job.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.
