Amazon hgv parking on footpath

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7901234.

On a daily basis hgv's are parking up on this road causing an obstruction for either people walking on the footpath and also vehicles having to go onto the other side of the road to get around these vehicles.
