The tree appears to be quite obviously dead and could pose a risk to health and property if it is blown over. I have previously report this and was told that it has been referred to Guiness property maintenance, to my knowledge, this shouldn't be the correct people to deal with this issue as its on a public footpath and not I'm anyone's gardenm it is cheshire east council who maintains the the growth, so surely it must be cheshire east councils responsibility in investigate this matter. I have replied to cheshire east highways to question why it has been given to Guiness property maintenance when it is quite clearly a public highway.
