Number 86 being hostile and threatening when taking their “promised” parking space.

It’s been absolutely ridiculous. Parking on clive road has been for the last couple months. Even coming home at off peak times having to park 2 streets away.. it’s a nightmare. Then we have number 86, who regularly put their bins outside their house to reserve their parking space as if they own the road. Insane. What’s even more crazy is that they get hostile and angry when you move to bins or try to reason with them. Police won’t do anything and the council too. Something needs to be done. They aren’t VIPs this road is for all of us.
