Despite several reports which either just get closed or get answered there is no issue, the trees are in need of a proper cutting back. Someone came a few months ago was there for about an hour and hardly touched them. They all belong to the council so need proper looking after. As you can see from the picture falling branches which could hit someone. It’s not just that one they all need cutting right back it is getting ridiculous.

  • Why do we have this every time the scenario of the land ownership it belongs to he council and they know that from previous investigations the last time we had this it took several months - it is clear who owns the lands it is owned by the council. Surely you just look back in records it’s been raised several times this year and the council were sent to cut the lime trees of which they cut a couple of branches off and that was that. If the job had been done properly in the first place we would not have this issue.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
