Overgrown cycle path

The cycle path that goes from North Leigh to Witney, along the A4095, is rather overgrown making it narrower in places. The tarmac itself seems to be in a poor state in several places as well, where weeds are growing up through the tarmac and breaking it apart. I am a confident cyclist and like to bike to work everyday rather than drive, but this cycle path is making me nervous as i worry that i will be destabilised and fall into the road where a lot of vehicles are driving faster than the 50mph limit.
