Doug Christie here from CEC Grounds, we have had complaints about hedges and nettles encroaching on the footpath from Moss lane and through to the rear of East park Road No 18 I have checked with Barry Pole and this is not a PROW its managed by Highways , some of the land is not owned by CEC Asset the path is virtually impossible
