There is overgrown vegetation coming from the front garden of 92 St James Road that is encroaching the path. This is on the main walking route from the railway station to Franklin's Gardens, which is a venue in the for the Women's Rugby World Cup

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
