Noisy manhole cover in residential area.

He manhole cover on Norwich Road opposite the Meadowsweet restaurant in Holt is loose and makes a tremendous noise thousands of times a day. It is a residential area, and the residents can't sleep. Also, we have an accommodation business, and there is a Michelin Star restaurant (Meadowsweet) are all badly affected. Neither the Highway Authority, nor Anglian Water have done anything about it for about six months; the entire community complained about it multiple times.

We are being affected 24 hours a day, every day. The Holt Town Council complained to every authority in the land. We are being treated with contempt by every authority, and the only remedy left to us is public protest. I will be grateful if you could put your weight behind the issue and have it resolved as a matter of utter emergency.
