Keep clear sign severely worn

The keep clear sign has visibly worn to the entrance of this road which leads to our apartment building and Rose Court care home. Getting in and out of the road is always blocked by traffic this makes it difficult to pull out and pull in especially when this is a four lane road on water Street and fast moving traffic. This is an extremely dangerous manoeuvre due to people going high speed and also quite problematic during rush-hour not only that but the care home requires access and exit for ambulances which often visit the business as expected due to the elderly needing emergency care. I have previously reported this issue within the past five months and not heard anything back. Please can I have an update on this best wishes Kerry.
