When we have heavy downpours it floods the road rather than going down the drain - in winter it then freezes in the road causing a health hazard

Drain needs to be kept uncovered and free from grass and weeds growing around it so water can drain into this rather than flooding the road - a hazard in winter when the water freezes over.
