Dropped drains/road

This may not look to be a big problem externally but outside 38 to 42 Common Road, the road/drains have dropped. The buses and lorries that go past hit these dropped sections of road and the house shakes causing concerning cracks to walls and ceilings, there are approx 3 or 4 sections. We only moved into the property in November but I know has been an issue to the previous occupiers and neighbours. We certainly know when the last bus finishes and restarts in the morning as it wakes us at night/morning. Your urgent attention is appreciated as we do not want our new house to fall apart.
