Hightown, West St, Broad St Junction

Reported via mobile in the Conditions of Signs category anonymously at 13:00, Thu 17 July 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7892631.

Since the junction upgrade on the above junction there is no speed limit signs in place. West St to West St is 20mph since the junction has been done. West St to Broad St is 20mph.

Hightown to either West St or Broad St doesn’t have any signs at the junction for 20mph so it would lead drivers to believe it is a continuation of the 30mph speed limit in place.

It’s been like this since the junction and West St works took place.
