Overhanging prickly branches of tree which are at face level over the path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7891985.

The tree has very thorny branches which are at face level for people using the pavement. The tree is planted in the grounds of the Pétanque park at the end of Eagles near the junction of Park Road. Grave danger of facial injury to passers-by.
