Construction mess in road

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7891696.

With the new junction being constructed there is a lot of construction dirt on the carriage way heading north from under the motorway to Knowle roundabout. There is little evidence of vehicles being washed or the road being cleaned and swept regularly, once wet this road becomes very slippery.
