Asbestos water tank and various bits of junk left on the path

There has been an asbestos water tank and various bits of junk left on the path by the wall opposite the Hazlebabk allotment on the south end of the street, near Hazelbank. The asbestos is broken and in a bad state of repair and is uncovered and exposed.
