Regular parking right on junction

Sent to Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7890907.

A couple of cars regularly park right on the junction of Leaden Close. As well as being against the highway code "DO NOT stop or park: ... opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction"), they block visibility of other road users turning out of Leaden Close. This has been going on for at least two months now.
