Disgusting state of A316 central reservation

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7890287.

Since the vegetation on the central reservation on the A316 has been cut overnight between Hospital Bridge roundabout and Twickenham Roundabout, it has left unimaginable amounts of rubbish in plain sight! It’s an absolute disgrace and an awful entrance to one of the allegedly poshest suburbs in the UK.
