Expanding homeless camp

As previously reported by others, this “homeless camp “ seems to be expanding, lots of young men with expensive bikes who appear to be now living there. It’s quite alarming and unsettling for females who live in this vicinity and have no choice to but walk past late in the evening, can something please be done before this situation gets any worse?
