Tenants in Sheering Place (3 in particular) who are putting their rubbish bags in the Alley and not in their gardens as specified by Moat Housing. Blue bottles and vermin are an issue, also really unpleasant smell. Tenants need to be informed of the rules and all these areas and alleyways need to be cleared.

  • I be.ie e tenants/residents are still putting black bins in the wrong place and I was led to believe that cameras were going to be installed in the area.
