Lights are causing a massive queue

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7886967.

These lights are red in main road and green to buses even when there is no bus. The priority bus lights are getting demands to change constantly when no bus is there. This has been going on for months.

According to the council this is intentionally the action of the traffic lights to "reduce congestion".
