S106 agreement not fulfilled
Reported via mobile in the Highway Schemes category anonymously at 13:07, Wednesday 16 July 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7886853.
As per the s106 for planning application P20/S1577/O: The temporary pedestrian path is in the wrong location and contradicts the Construction Traffic Management Plan Grass verge, likely within private or unregistered land, has been destroyed and altered without consultation or consent The path leads directly onto a private road, which is not designated as public highway Occupation of homes continues despite the likely incompletion of obligations under items b through g of the S106 There appears to be a mismatch between CTMP drawings and actual highway boundaries, affecting land use decisions The toucan crossing remains incomplete, and clarification is needed regarding the council’s role in the delay
